Truvia’s another ingredients are erythritol made through a natural fermentation process and natural flavors. It is 400 times sweeter than sugar. In the benefits, Trivia can reduce the amount of sugar in your diet without having to give up on sweets and artificial sweeteners, it also can be used to stick your diet and control your blood sugar. Unfortunately, Truvia contains sugar alcohol that can lead to nausea and stomach rumbling. The studies about Trivia is not enough to say that this product is safe enough for health.
